Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 Business Days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 Business Days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Additional shipping options may become available in the future.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Other charges imposed by their country
Hustling Is Motion is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Hustling Is Motion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then contact us for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
